We believe no child is defined by their past- and with the right support, structure and care, every young person can build a bright and independent future. To provide a homely and nurturing environment that promotes safety, stability, and belonging.

Support young people in developing emotional resilience, positive relationships, and self-confidence.
Encourage engagement in education, training, and personal development.
Work collaboratively with families, social workers, and professionals to achieve consistent, child-centred care.
Prepare young people for independence and successful transitions into adulthood.
Rainbow Care is the product of three professionals coming together to make a difference in children`s lives. They experienced first-hand the gaps in support for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties and were inspired to build an environment that offers consistency, reliability, compassion and therapeutic understanding.

At Dawlish House, our philosophy is rooted in the belief that children thrive in a nurturing space where they are genuinely listened to. We understand that many of our young people have experienced trauma, instability, or rejection, and we aim to provide a consistent and compassionate environment that rebuilds trust and self-worth.
